The Site
This site has been designed using KompoZer. We have designed the site to be as browser agnostic as possible. We do not use CSS and are removing all attempts to force users to use specific fonts.
Graphics have been edited using The Gimp. The Gimp is an open source graphics editing package that can be downloaded from the Gimp home page
Pictures where taken using a Pentax Optio 4i or sourced from professional and creative commons sources. The Optio 4i is no longer produced, this is the closest version.
The site has been designed for a minimum 800 x 600 screen resolution. It has been designed to be useable by most modern browsers including Firefox 1.0 and above, and Internet Explorer 5.5 and above. It should work with Safari and Opera, but has not been tested.
We use and recommend Firefox, the open source browser. We find it to be reliable, and free from most of the security issues that plague Internet Explorer.
